Other things to note: RENTAL AGREEMENT: For insurance purposes, all guests are required to sign a Docusign rental agreement to receive their access instructions. SECURITY: The property is equipped with a smoke detector inside and 1 exterior security camera !!!The camera does not view the hot tub, only the front door/entrance. SUITABILITY: While children are welcome, the home is not baby-proofed and does not include amenities like a crib or high chair, making it potentially unsuitable for infants. WILDLIFE: The property is not fenced and is surrounded by nature. Wildlife such as coyotes and rattlesnakes may be present. Please take precautions and never leave pets unattended outside. MAINTENANCE: Please be aware that landscape maintenance is scheduled for Mondays between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm and hot tub service are Tuesdays mid-day. FEES: - Resort Fee: A $35 fee covers spa maintenance and propane for the fire pit. This is refundable if either amenity is unavailable. - Early Check-in: A $35 fee applies for approved early check-ins (standard check-in is 4:00 pm). This is subject to availability. - Left Items: A $20 service charge plus shipping costs will apply for returning any items left behind.
